For our customers, Media Lounge support means dedicated help, quick response times to questions and technical issues, whilst our aim remains to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

- Daily system and website backups
- Website restore in less than 30 minutes
Every website we create benefits from our 30 day unlimited support plan where we’ll be on hand to help with any additional training, queries, question or general advice on enhancing or monitoring website performance. After this period support can be continued by way of support plan or a pay as you go system.
To offer the best continued level of support Media Lounge have a monthly support plan where our support team will be on hand to provide technical support, help with further training or assist with investigation in to technical issues. This support plan will also provide unlimited access to website or system backups and access via our support team to server side functionality to add emails or access website files.
Pay as you go
Should you choose to opt out of our support plan, then we offer a simple pay as you go service. You will still have access to our dedicated support team and we will happily investigate any support query. All support will be quoted and billed at our standard hourly rate.
