Fight Equipment

Fight Equipment first came on board with Media Lounge way back in 2016 when they were looking for an agency to build their Magento 1 store. Being a fantastic client, we’re now, three years later, launching their brand new swanky Magento 2 store!

First things first, the site was due a fresh new facelift. Sticking with a simple black and white theme but honing in on the user journey, the new site design is both streamlined and clean. Conducting on-site user tracking tests meant we were able to strip back any unused components from the previous site and provide a store that is focused solely on the customer. We’ve also integrated the site with Algolia search to allow for tailored search results, as well as Nosto to provide product personalisation!

The client also wanted to increase the overall mobile conversion rate. To ensure this was met, a considerable amount of attention was given to the functionality and user journey of the mobile site alone, including a mini-cart redesign, specific placement of call to actions and frictionless payment gateways such as Apple Pay.

If that wasn’t enough, Klarna, the pay later provider, is offered on both product and basket pages to help appeal to a broadened customer base and Feefo product reviews are visible sitewide to induce trust and persuade the purchase.

All in all, it’s been a fantastic journey seeing a client grow with each new website build and we’re delighted to be helping Fight Equipment achieve their online goals!
