Front-End Developer

We are looking for an experienced and talented Front-End Developer to join our in-house development team to work on existing client sites. The role is a full-time permanent position.

You will be predominantly working with the Magento platform as well as BigCommerce and Shopify so any experience of these platforms will be beneficial.

You will be working with the latest technologies including PWA and headless architecture. You will work with internal teams including the client performance team, project managers, and designers to ensure projects are developed according to the brief/instructions.

Initially, whilst you’re learning the platforms your time will be split between learning and working on various projects to get used to the platforms. You will need to show a willingness to learn on the job as you go and demonstrate a high quality of work.

This role is open to UK residents only with the right to work in the UK. With the exception of our existing chosen agencies, we will not respond to any emails/calls from other agencies.

Magento Back-End Developer

We are looking for an experienced and talented Back-End Magento Developer to join our development team to work on existing client stores and new builds from scratch using Magento 2. The role is a full-time permanent position. The role is split between new project builds developing customisations and integrations, alongside working on a handful of client stores developing new features and ongoing maintenance.

You will work with internal teams including dev ops, the account management team, project managers, and designers to ensure projects are developed according to the brief/instructions.

The role is back-end development so the role covers building custom modules, back-end functionality, third-party system integrations through APIs and ongoing site bug fixing and maintenance.

Experience of working within a headless / microservice environment will be useful including system integrations and front-end integrations. The role may also cover development on other eCommerce platforms including commercetools.

This role is open to UK residents only with the right to work in the UK. With the exception of our existing chosen agencies, we will not respond to any emails/calls from other agencies.

CRO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and talented CRO Consultant to work on new eCommerce store projects and existing client optimisations. The ultimate aim being to increase conversion rate alongside customer engagement, loyalty, and average order values.

We work with retailers of all shapes and sizes from fashion, food, electrical, and construction, in both b2c and b2b environments. You will work with other teams including UX, design, project management and account management to bring your research and ideas to life.

For new store builds, you will work closely with the client and UX specialist to take the UX research and work with the designers to curate the front-end experience of all stores. Focussing on the core metrics for the client, you will ensure that stores are built and launched successfully, adhering to our UX research/recommendations, best practises and your own research. You will be responsible for the overall customer journey throughout the store from home to checkout success.

Following launch, and also for existing clients, you will work on ongoing optimisation to improve their core metrics, usually conversion rate, even further. This will involve ongoing CRO with split testing, reporting, and recommendations. You will work with the account management team, designers, and developers to bring your recommendations to life and ensure you can measure and report on performance to the client.

This role would suit an experienced CRO professional with a strong passion for eCommerce, who wants the freedom to work with clients on their stores to improve their conversion rate.

We are looking for an Account Manager to work with our broad spectrum of eCommerce clients. We’d like this role to bring about a closer agency and client relationship, improve the quality of delivered work, increase client spend and monitor results with the aim of consistent improvement and progression for our clients.

You will be responsible for the direct relationship between Media Lounge and your assigned clients. This will require you to oversee all ongoing work at all times and ensure the client is getting the best possible service from Media Lounge.

The role covers relationship management across all contact preferences, including a minimum of quarterly face to face meetings with each client. We are looking for an eCommerce Project Manager to manage the complete new build projects from start to finish. You will be fully responsible for the eCommerce projects developed using Magento or BigCommerce.

You will be responsible for ensuring eCommerce projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. Working with the design, UX, development, support, sales and marketing departments you will also work closely with the client throughout the project.
